From the seas to software

A Navy officer who found his calling in code.

My journey began on the open ocean. As a Brazilian Navy officer, I learned discipline, leadership under pressure, and the value of systems that never fail. When I transitioned to software engineering, I brought that same rigor to building digital products.

Over the past decade, I've engineered solutions at Nike, where I delivered global e-commerce features to millions, and at FIA Tech, where I built real-time financial trading dashboards handling millions of data points with sub-second latency.

Today, as a Staff Software Engineer, I architect systems at the intersection of performance, scalability, and developer experience. I'm an early adopter of AI-assisted development, leveraging tools like Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to push the boundaries of engineering velocity.
